Tickets, passes, and important dates for BFF 2025

The British Film Festival is coming to Poznań between November 12 and 16! We are getting closer to announcing the festival program, but before that happens, find out about ticket prices, important dates, and organizational information.

Important dates

October 21 – announcement of the OUTSIDE THE BOX screening program
October 21 – start of ticket sales for OUTSIDE THE BOX
October 28 – announcement of the full festival film program
October 30 – start of ticket and pass sales

Ticket prices

PLN 25 – standard ticket 
PLN 20 – reduced ticket 
PLN 10 – ticket for an assistant accompanying a person with disabilities 
PLN 17 – ticket for films from the NEVER GROW UP section 
40 PLN – ticket for special events (OUTSIDE THE BOX) 
10 PLN – BAFTA Shorts  

190 PLN – personal festival pass for 10 selected films (entitling the holder to purchase additional tickets at a single price of 19 PLN)*

* The number of passes available for sale is limited. The pass does not entitle the holder to admission to events in the OUTSIDE THE BOX section.

Ticket sales

Tickets are available at the Muza Cinema box office, the Muza Cinema ticket machine, and online. From November 12 until the end of the festival, tickets will also be available at the Apollo Cinema box office.

We encourage you to purchase electronic tickets via the following websites: britishfilmfestival.pl, kinomuza.pl, and bilety24.pl.

Tickets purchased online do not need to be printed—simply show the code on your phone or tablet screen.

Last Minute Queue‍

Audience members who were unable to obtain tickets for their chosen screening can use the Last Minute queue. Pools of unused reservations are released half an hour before each screening. Tickets in the Last Minute queue can only be purchased at the Muza Cinema and the Apollo Cinema. We do not guarantee the availability of tickets in the Last Minute queues.

Passes

Passes will be available online and at the Muza Cinema box office in limited quantities.

Pass sales will start together with single tickets on October 30 at a price of PLN 190.

Ticket collection rules for season ticket holders

Those who have purchased passes online or at the Muza Cinema box office are invited to collect their personalized ID badges from November 12 at 9:30 a.m. at the festival office (from November 12-16, the office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.). You must present your pass purchase confirmation to collect your ID badge.

The personalized ID badge entitles the pass holder to collect a maximum of 10 tickets for festival films (excluding Outside the Box screenings).

Pass holders can collect tickets for screenings on a given day no later than 30 minutes before the start of the screening. Tickets are issued for a given day and the following day – i.e., on November 12, you can collect tickets for November 12 and 13, etc.

The number of seats for pass holders is limited.

Tickets cannot be exchanged – please choose your tickets carefully when selecting your pass.  

A person with a name badge is entitled to collect a festival gadget at the festival office.  

The pass entitles you to purchase additional tickets at a single price of PLN 19.

Festival office and ticket office opening hours:

The festival office is located at the Muza Cinema and is open daily during the festival from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The ticket offices at the Muza Cinema and Apollo Cinema will be open during the festival one hour before the start of the first screening until the start of the last screening.

Media accreditation applications are now being accepted.

Other important information

Seats in the auditoriums are not numbered. During the festival, we do not accept individual ticket reservations by email or phone. Group tickets are not available during the festival (school groups are welcome to attend screenings dedicated to schools – details at edukacja@kinomuza.pl). We do not accept ticket returns or exchange screenings – please purchase your tickets carefully.
