Prices

• PLN 25 – regular ticket
• PLN 20 – reduced ticket for students, school pupils, pensioners, retirees and people with disabilities
• PLN 10 – ticket for a person accompanying someone with a disability
• PLN 17 – ticket for films in the NEVER GROW UP section
• PLN 40 – ticket for OUTSIDE THE BOX special events
• PLN 10 – BAFTA Shorts

Please note: Poznań Golden Card holders and other ticket options available as part of the cinemas’ standard ticket offer (e.g. newsletter discounts) are not valid during the festival.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online and in person.

Online

Tickets will be available at:

britishfilmfestival.pl, kinomuza.pl, estradapoznan.bilety24.pl and bilety24.pl.

There is no need to print tickets purchased online. Simply show the ticket code on your phone or tablet.

In person

From the start of ticket sales, tickets will be available:

• at the Kino Muza box office,
• at the ticket machine at Kino Muza.

From 10 November until the end of the festival, tickets will also be available at the festival box offices at:

• Kino Pałacowe at Centrum Kultury Zamek (Święty Marcin 80/82),
• Kino Rialto (ul. J. H. Dąbrowskiego 38).

Tickets for any festival screening can be purchased at any festival cinema, regardless of which cinema is hosting the screening.

Box offices and Festival Office

The Festival Office is located at Kino Muza and is open daily during the festival from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

The Kino Muza box office is open from 10:00 AM during the festival.

The Kino Pałacowe and Kino Rialto box offices are open during the festival from one hour before the first screening until the start of the last screening.

LAST MINUTE QUEUE

Couldn't get a ticket for the screening you wanted? You can try your luck in the Last Minute Queue.

How does it work?

30 minutes before each screening, unused reservations are released for sale.

If the screening you want is sold out:

1. go to the cinema where the screening takes place,
2. join the queue at the box office,
3. tell the staff that you would like to purchase a ticket through the Last Minute Queue.

If seats become available, tickets will be sold from 30 minutes before the screening until it begins.

Last Minute tickets are available exclusively at:

• Kino Muza,
• Kino Pałacowe,
• Kino Rialto.

The Last Minute Queue is not available at venues hosting OUTSIDE THE BOX screenings.

Joining the queue does not guarantee that you will receive a ticket.

PASSES

A festival pass costs PLN 190 and includes 10 selected festival films.

The pass:

• is issued in the holder’s name,
• does not include OUTSIDE THE BOX screenings,
• entitles the holder to purchase additional tickets at PLN 19 per screening.

The number of passes is limited.

Pass sales

Pass sales begin on 29 October at 2:00 PM, together with ticket sales for the remaining screenings.

Passes can be purchased online and at the Kino Muza box office.

How do I collect tickets included in my pass?

After purchasing a pass, you must collect a personalised pass ID at the Festival Office at Kino Muza.

Pass IDs can be collected from 10 November, from 10:00 AM.

When collecting your ID, you must present proof of purchase – the ticket sent by email or a ticket printed at the Kino Muza box office.

How do I use my pass?

The pass ID entitles you to collect up to 10 tickets for festival films.

Tickets:

• can be collected exclusively at the Kino Muza box office,
• can be collected all at once or in several batches,
• for screenings taking place on a given day, can be collected no later than 30 minutes before the screening starts.

The number of seats available to pass holders for each screening is limited.

Once a ticket has been collected, it cannot be exchanged, so please choose your screenings carefully.

Additional tickets for pass holders

Once you have collected the 10 tickets included in your pass, you can purchase additional tickets for PLN 19 per screening.

The following rule applies: one screening = one PLN 19 ticket.

ACCREDITATIONS

Industry accreditation

Industry accreditation provides access to BFF Industry events.

To purchase an accreditation, you must first complete the application form, receive a positive decision on your accreditation request and pay for your order.

Access to events is granted on the basis of a personalised accreditation ID, which can be collected at the Festival Office at Kino Muza between 10:00 AM and 10:30 PM.

Industry accreditation sales begin on 30 September and continue until 28 October or until the allocation is sold out.

Media accreditation

Media accreditations are free of charge and are granted on the basis of an application form intended for media representatives.

The application form will be available from 1 October.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Seats in the cinemas are unassigned.
• During the festival, individual ticket reservations by email or phone are not accepted.
• Group tickets are not available during the festival. School groups are welcome to attend screenings dedicated specifically to schools. For details, contact edukacja@kinomuza.pl.
• Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for other screenings. Before purchasing, please carefully check the film, date, time and venue of the screening.
• Festival screenings take place at different cinemas. Please note that latecomers will not be admitted to the screening room.
